Seasons 10-15 were the best in my opinion. I don't think I could choose one episode though.

Series 7, Episode 5

The Bugatti vs. Cessna race across Europe.

That episode manages to have the essence of all that is (was?) good about Top Gear, bottled up in one film. There are a couple of other non-special episodes that do the same thing, but if I have to choose one of them, it's definitely this one.

The entire 15th season was fantastic, its without a doubt the best they have made. But, I might be the only saying it, I think the past 2 season(20,19) have been really great too, I was afraid they had lost it until the 19th season.
